As a Senior Consultant, you will work as a member of the Oracle Service Cloud consulting team to provide business and functional solutions for prospective clients and customers. Work with project leaders to gain understanding of customer goals, expectations and challenges. Understand necessary customer business requirements for configuring, testing, and documenting cloud solutions. As a member of a project team, you will follow standard practices and procedures to analyze situations/data and provide quality work products to deliver functional solutions on Oracle Service Cloud(RightNow). You will uncover and understand customer goals and challenges and align Oracle’s cloud portfolio to enable optimal solutions. You’ll develop and deliver high quality presentations and demonstrations, present and articulate product features and benefits, and configure and test overall Oracle solutions that delight the customer. Promote knowledge by sharing lessons learned or new skills with team members.

Ideal Candidate should have the following qualifications/skills:
5 – 8 years of experience relevant to this position with at least 2 years of consulting experience in Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science (BCA/MCA/ BSc Comp)
Strong domain knowledge in CRM-CX Service & Knowledge Management.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant on 5 or more Oracle Service Cloud application Implementations.
Must have strong hands-on experience in configuring and executing standard/custom business processes across all the functional areas of Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) – Contact Mgmt, Incident Mgmt, Knowledge Mgmt etc.
Experience in Co-Browse(LiveLook), Engagement Engine Rules etc. would be an added adavantage.
Proven functional skills in proposing, designing optimal functional solutions leveraging by Best Practices.
Excellent customer facing & interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with all stakeholders.
Experience and expertise in driving requirements gathering, conducting workshop, Technical design & documentation within service domain of CRM-CX.
Ability to formulate a broader perspective of an issue by recognizing the inter-dependencies and interaction between elements.

Skilled in delivering clear outcome-based targets and measures by working with a strong sense of urgency in getting the job done.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.
Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
