Unique opportunity for a self-directed Physical Therapist.
QuadMed is hiring a physical therapist for our Kohl’s Health Center in Indianapolis, IN. The position is 20 hours per week. QuadMed is a nationally recognized innovator in offering onsite primary care clinics and healthcare management solutions. Kohl's Health and Wellness Center offers primary care and lab services in addition to physical therapy.
Opportunity to work autonomously, but in a multidisciplinary, collaborative environment. PT care model is one-on-one, patient-centered, PT only. Caseload is primarily orthopedic, with a wide range of conditions, including post-operation, prevention screening to chronic pain, for patients 7 to 60+. Specialty certifications are encouraged and supported.
QuadMed physical therapists evaluate, plan, and perform appropriate treatments for patients within scope of practice with emphasis on quality of care, cost-effectiveness and utilizing direct access when applicable.
Our physical therapists also have the opportunity to grow and develop the physical therapy practice by establishing excellent working relationships with providers in the clinic and community.
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
Current state licensure.
Three to five years of experience in a clinical setting preferred
Intermediate computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Evidence of organizational skills, appropriate decision-making and problem solving skills
