*Tasks and Responsabilities:
The main tasks of Workflow Management are ensuring the correct assignment of incidents, dealing with all European and Medium East Asian issues with the main objective of reducing bouncing incidents and a quick resolution, informing the end user and contacting the technical teams. WFM also deal with high priority issues (incidents affecting several users in every location) and single user incidents. Organization of calls creating a collaborative work team among different teams. Single user escalations to higher levels to obtain a satisfactory and quick resolution. Analysing the root cause of the incidents to avoid recurrence of the same issues.
Experience required No experience required. Previous experience in customer service / IT environments would be a plus Basic IT Knowledge
Languages: German (high level) English (high level) Any other European language will be a plus (Italian, French...)
