About the Role:

CRM IT Manager is responsible for building and developing strong technical teams and to do people management to drive global Siebel CRM and Universal Customer Master (UCM) programs.

A successful candidate for this position should be capable of demonstrating the following characteristics:

  • Helping and mentoring junior college hires to perform day-to-day activates along with coaching them for career development.
  • Define, track and evaluate team and individual objectives, aligned with corporate, organizational and departmental goals and objectives.
  • Effectively manage the Siebel UCM and other CRM Platforms teams, providing leadership, direction, guidance and mentoring.
  • Accountable for the creation and ongoing management of the overall IT Customer MDM strategy and roadmaps
  • Establish and lead governance for evaluating, tracking and reporting alignment to the business architecture strategy across related initiatives.
  • Promote a strong partnership with the business and IT counterparts to achieve aggressive organization goals.
  • Foster effective team collaboration with stakeholders from various teams and divisions within Global Brands/IT and across GM.
  • Lead the creation of standardized documentation, deliverables and procedures for the Siebel UCM and CRM Platform Team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to direct, oversee and motivate a highly skilled staff & junior college hires
  • Experience working within multiple types of software development methodologies and project management techniques
  • A strong background in software system development, including multi-tier designs
  • Experience working within multiple types of software development methodologies and project management techniques
  • Financial and/or technology planning experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years managing a technical, development or architecture team
  • Minimum of a BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Strong experience with Siebel Universal Customer Master including integration objects, workflows, business services, server parameters, and processes
  • Experience with Siebel Tools configuration and EAI
  • Good understanding of the UCM Data Model
  • Familiarity with Data Quality Management and Metadata Management tools.
  • A mix of Automotive and customer MDM experience as well as exposer to the Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (Profiling, Matching Rules, Parsing) is a plus.
