Page is seeking a seasoned Site Engineering technician or Engineer-in-Training with 4-years minimum experience and proficient in Civil 3D.

The successful candidate will:

  • prepare plans, spreadsheets and generate land development application documents in conformance with accepted standards, technical criteria and local regulatory codes;

  • be familiar with City of Austin and other local permitting processes for site development and site design code requirements;

  • be able to prepare detailed site maps and plans of demolition, erosion control, grading, accessibility, parking, street, paving, pre- and post- development drainage hydrology, water quality pond, detention pond and utility piping plans with profiles using AutoCAD Civil 3D® civil engineering design software.

  • be a self-starter, problem solver who will coordinate on projects with other disciplines

  • work well within a team

  • be responsible to preview his own work, properly package submittals, and diligently pursue work.

  • Experience in preparation of engineering narratives and reports, including water pollution abatement plan documents, will be helpful.
