ADP is currently seeking a Health Care Reform Product Support Analyst III for their growing team. The Added Value Services (AVS) division is one of ADP's fastest growing. Along with housing the payroll tax operations and compliance engine for all of ADP, AVS is the entrepreneurial test-ground for ADP, featuring those "beyond payroll" services that offer clients unique opportunities to stay in compliance and improve process efficiencies, while reducing taxes and other expenses. * Support and partner with our implementation, account management and regulatory compliance teams to ensure that our client process and integration needs and issues are satisfied with quality and efficiency. * Diagnoses and resolves functional and/or technical related product problems for Health Compliance. * Works closely with various groups to troubleshoot and resolve issues including -- Implementation, Support, and client and management groups. * Proactively identify potential issues in design, development or changes to application, product or platform. * Develops knowledge-based documentation sharing product knowledge and problem resolution. * Manages support efforts with other associates and groups within ADP. * Creates reports and recommendations for the Development organization to clearly document product issues and resolutions. * Provides information gained through resolving issues with Development to positively influence product architecture. * Provides continual communication and coordination of functional activities with client service, regulatory management, operations, products, development and implementation to ensure overall client satisfaction. * Acts as a liaison between BU partners (GES/MAS/TS/AVS/NAS) and HCR Team as an internal client advocate. * Perform project management and business analysis duties when needed. * Identifies operational efficiencies by streamlining and automating processes, reducing redundancies and unneeded process steps * Participate in the product request lifecycle as a liaison to the Services and Implementation teams to submit, prioritize and coordinate testing and sign-off prior to and after release. Qualifications: * Must possess thorough understanding and background in the utilization of Internet based software and/or utilities including but not limited to SQL, Internet Explorer, Seibel, database analysis, etc. * Must be able to troubleshoot product issues related to data, application, and/or integrations. * Must be proficient in the use of MS Office. * Bachelor's degree in Information Science, or Business Administration preferred (or equivalent in training and experience). * 5-10 years progressive experience in a technical service support role supporting client service managers, account managers, new and/or existing clients utilizing benefits systems, payroll processing and tax filing service, or similar financial data processing applications. * Must have strong process background including understanding, documenting and improving business processes that include technology tools or systems. * General understanding of benefits systems, payroll processing, tax filing and management reporting systems, and the ability to lead service, financial, operations and technical staff to identify and resolve critical client issues at all levels of complexity preferred. * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor. * Ability to work in a team environment. * Experience working with National size clients preferred. * Must possess excellent organization, written and verbal communication skills. * Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly, function in a fast paced environment, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and be results oriented. * Experience with Affordable Care Act highly preferred.
