Position Overview The Vice President, Inside Sales is responsible for maximizing sales revenue and exceeding margin and profitability goals for our growing corporate business. In this exciting role, you will lead a team of sales managers and directors to drive business results. In addition, you will build strategic cross-functional partnerships with internal selling resources such as solution architects, partner and program marketing professionals, and sales support teams to maximize selling opportunities for your teams. As Vice President, Inside Sales you will hire, develop and motivate a team of highly qualified, success-oriented sales managers and directors. Part of the regular rhythm of your business will include monitoring the activity of your sales teams through operational and account reviews and observing/coaching your sales managers as they train and develop their teams. Lead, manage and develop a team of Sales Managers and Account Executives to achieve divisional revenue and margin targets. Develop strategies and market plans to identify potential clients and cross-sell within existing accounts. Manage customer portfolio to assigned revenue, profit and contribution quotas. Provide leadership and day-to-day direction to Sales Manager, Directors and Account Executives including pipeline and performance reporting. Apply in-depth knowledge of the technology solution provider industry and market trends to identify key prospects within the identified sector. We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications: BA in Business or a related field 5+ years required of sales experience, preferably in a call center environment 5+ years required of sales management experience preferably in a call center environment Strong understanding of computer industry and industry channels Proven track record for the design implementation and success of strategic planning initiatives Proven track record for meeting financial goals and key sales objectives Strong values and work ethic Strong organizational skills Strong leadership and management skills Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Strong Word Excel and Outlook program skills Ability to maintain confidential information Ability to work well under pressure and Excellent prioritization skills At Zones we're more than just a
