Position Overview The Director of Inside Sales will be responsible for directing activities that are necessary to strengthen client relationships, support growth initiatives and enter into new markets, by leading a team of Account Executives and Sales managers chartered with selling Zones product and services solutions to identified clients. Execute the ZONES Unified Sales System, which will ensure attainment of the vision established in coordination with the respective SVP or VP of Sales is achieved Lead, manage and develop a team of Sales Managers and Account Executives to achieve divisional revenue and margin targets. Develop strategies and market plans to identify potential clients and cross-sell within existing accounts. Manage customer portfolio to assigned revenue, profit and contribution quotas. Provide leadership and day-to-day direction to Account Executives including pipeline and performance reporting. Apply in-depth knowledge of the technology solution provider industry and market trends to identify key prospects within the identified sector. Exceed all arena revenue and profit goals We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications: BA in Business or a related field 5+ years required of sales experience, preferably in a call center environment 5+ years required of sales management experience preferably in a call center environment Strong understanding of computer industry and industry channels Proven track record for the design implementation and success of strategic planning initiatives Proven track record for meeting financial goals and key sales objectives Strong values and work ethic Strong organizational skills Strong leadership and management skills Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Strong Word Excel and Outlook program skills Ability to maintain confidential information Ability to work well under pressure and Excellent prioritization skills At Zones we're more than just a company, we're a collection of people like you!
