QuadraMed is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their team!

The Sales Account Executive is responsible for identifying, qualifying and selling the Affinity RCM solutions to potential clients in the Eastern US. The successful candidate will be a seasoned healthcare software sales representative with proven healthcare experience selling to Hospitals and IDN’s and the C-suite. The candidate will be responsible for moderately complex and somewhat difficult to close sales.

Quota levels are typically under $5M.

Individual may work remotely/virtual and be able to travel extensively.

  • Performs sales activities for an assigned geographic area to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives for the AFFINITY RCM software product line.

  • Researches, contacts and visits prospective customers to determine their business needs. Follows the sales process and maintains face to face contact with prospects to ensure successful closure of funnel opportunities

  • Lead all efforts to progress and manage the sales process to close opportunities including; generating leads within an assigned geographic territory, completing the assessment of the client to highlight key needs, defining the value of the AFFINITY RCM solution for each client and coordinating product demonstrations with definition of the key product solution aligned

  • Consistently and accurately maintains a solid pipeline of sales opportunities within MS Dynamics CRM tool

  • Remains knowledgeable of the AFFINITY RCM products and services to facilitate sales efforts

  • Maintains all sales records and updates within the CRM tool and provides sales reports as needed

  • Develops relationships with prospects through on and off site sales calls.

  • Maintains up to date knowledge of industry competitors and consultants

  • Coordinates RFP responses, prepares pricing and proposals and other aspects of the sales process on a regular basis

  • Stays abreast of technical, industry and user needs

  • Participates in team projects that support goals and objectives

  • Works as a team member with other departments to secure customer expectations are met. Facilitates meetings as needed with these departments as part of the sales process.

  • Provide accurate forecasts to closure using sales process milestones

  • Other duties as assigned from time to time.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Prior related work experience of 5 + years of successful sales to Hospitals or IDN’s within an assigned geographic territory

  • Demonstrated successful sales experience utilizing a sales process, such as Miller Heiman, Consultative selling, etc.

  • Documented experience of meeting or overachieving quota targets

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Actively participates in industry trade associations to advance knowledge.

  • Proficient with more than one software product line or major module.

  • Ability to use a laptop PC, various MS software applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other various software applications used as required.

  • Professional appearance and presentation.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work as a team member and as a liaison with clients or potential clients.

  • Good time management, communications, decision making, presentation, human relations and organization skills.

  • Stays current on best practices and industry standards
