Delta Information Assurance Leaders (DIAL) are a newly formed team responsible for transforming the way Information Security supports our business. We work directly with the most senior IT leaders to understand and support their Information Security concerns and to make Information Security a valued partner at the inception of new efforts -- not simply an add-on later. We tackle everything from traditional IT concerns to the emerging Kinetic Threat, targeting the safety of our passengers and employees. We partner closely with others in the Information Security Division to drive aligned results. We solve the big problems.


  • Engages, collaboratively, with senior IT leadership and relies heavily on effective communication and presentation skills.

  • Serves as the first point of engagement with Information Security for our senior IT leadership.

  • Facilitates engagement of key teams within Information Security to support business initiatives.

  • Engage & consult with Business and Enterprise IT senior leaders to develop relationships to facilitate partnership & alignment.

  • Anticipate organizational impact & understand the procedures associated with introducing new technologies or processes.

  • Engage key industry peers to develop an atmosphere of cooperation with regard to security matters.

  • Engage key technology vendors to develop an atmosphere of partnership on key initiatives and efforts.

  • Perform special projects as assigned.

  • Requires self-starters who work well with in largely a self-directed environment.


  • Ten years work experience in IT with at least three years of security or security related experience.

  • Broad experience across Information Security domains such as governance & compliance, incident response, identity & access management, penetration testing, or e-discovery & forensics.

  • Broad experience across IT domains such as application development, infrastructure, technical support and operations, or continuity of business.

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

  • Key industry certifications such as CFE, CISA, CISM, CISSP, GCIH, etc.

  • Experience developing, supporting, operating, or defending systems supporting various business functions.

  • Experience partnering with international teams and business partners.

  • Experience leading and coordinating security champions in the business.

  • Experience communicating at the Vice President and Director level of a Fortune 100 organization.

  • Experience presenting to large groups.

  • Position located in Atlanta, Ga
