Job Title: Administrative Assistant - ARDEN HILLS, MN Job Description: Pro Staff is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant in the St. Paul area to work for a growing Medical Distribution Company. Pay: 40-45k per year Job Duties: Clerical and Administrative Greets and directs visitors to the company Answer phones and address queries on the telephone, by email and in person Responsible for general administrative responsibilities for staff members, including scheduling meetings Arrange teleconferences / video conferences Oversee visitor needs including hotel and transportation Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies Operate scanners, copiers, phones and act as contact for staff to trouble shoot issues Marketing Project Work Fulfill customer and field requests for demo product samples and product literature Work with tradeshow and events manager to provide support for Regional Events such as registration and shipping of tradeshow tools (graphics, collateral, etc.) Support local logistics of physician &/or sales training including recordkeeping, scheduling, travel arrangements and other related activities Communicate with Physicians on training events and help with logistics and answer questions in a professional manner Interact with ERP system to create POs as needed for physician payments Special projects, as assigned Miscellaneous Ensuring that all interactions and engagements are carried out in a professional, efficient, courteous manner and that all work is accomplished with quality and in accordance with BTG values The above duties and responsibilities are not an exhaustive list and you may be required to undertake any other reasonable duties compatible with your experience and competencies. Requirements: Associate s degree in a related field or three years experience in a professional administrative support experience for multiple employees Full knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficiency in Excel spreadsheets require, as well as document creation and editing within Word and PowerPoint presentation creation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with an ability to manage and prioritize work load Enjoys contributing - seeks opportunities for new work given downtime. Ability to work on own initiative but within a team environment. Flexible and adaptable to changing environment and priorities.
