Robert Half is currently recruiting for an HR Generalist for a growing healthcare organization in Annapolis, MD! The ideal candidate will have experience developing an HR department, hands on payroll processing and experience with benefit negotiations. This role has significant room for growth and gives you daily exposure to the executive board. Responsibilities: -Process hourly and salary bi-weekly payroll - Develop, update and implement policies and procedures - Assist with planning new employee orientation meetings - HRIS data entry and compliance - Benefits Administration - Open Enrollment - Records Management - Service employee database records - Oversee office and administrative tasks - Additional projects as assigned Requirements: - Minimum 3+ years of standalone HR experience - Hands on payroll processing - Benefit administration and negotiations - Adaptable, open to change - ADP Workforce Now preferred Qualified candidates should email their resume to firstname.lastname@example.org for consideration!
