Position Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The PCLender Business Analyst -Implementation Table Support provides support to the Implementation Team as the team delivers mortgage banking consulting engagements and system configuration support to PCLender customers. Engagements may include new customer implementations, LOS operational and system utilization reviews, process improvement assessments and surveying LOS table modification opportunities. This role will complete LOS Tables and Web Tools configurations for delivery of tools to customers.

_Essential Responsibilities and Duties:_

  • Configure LOS Tables and Web Tools timely and with a high degree of accuracy based on customer provided documents and or PCL Implementation team direction. Document all changes made to Customers’ LOS Tables and Web Tools in a timely and accurate manner

  • Identify and document/escalate any concerns on proposed customer table modifications

  • Adhere to PCLender Best Practices guidelines for table configuration unless the project scope specifically calls for a different approach

  • Validate accuracy of LOS Administration tables and Web tools changes to ensure a high-quality product is delivered to customer

  • Proactively communicate status of assigned projects to Implementation Project Manager

  • Communicate process recommendations to Implementation Project Manager and or Business Analyst

  • Clearly document changes and adheres to the PCL change management process

  • Configure LOS Administration tables and Web tools based on best practices and customer engagement with a high degree of accuracy and timely

  • Manage expectations effectively and is proactive in providing status updates

  • Consistently delivers high-quality services to internal and external customers

_Required Skills and Qualifications:_

  • 4 Year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ mortgage lending/loan origination/lending technology experience

  • Minimum 3 years managing software tool administration tables/business rules

  • Experience with PCLender LOS preferred

  • Must learn quickly and obtain in-depth knowledge of all configuration aspects of PCLender LOS tools including interfaces and web tools

  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy with ability to self-check and validate accuracy of own work

  • Strong organization and time management skills

  • Excellent communication skills including verbal and written

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel and Email
