Assesses, validates, and prepares recommendations toward plans to evolve ISR technology, communications systems, and SIGINT and GEOINT products or deliverables against objective requirements for Air Vigilance, AMDAS, Tactical SIGINT Platform, NGA ESAT Migration, advanced IMINT and GEOINT capabilities such as LIDAR and Wide Area Mapping Imagery, and aerial ISR collection and dissemination platforms such as Grey Eagle, Guardrail, and Enhanced Medium Altitude Reconnaissance and Surveillance System (EMARSS). Develops acquisition strategies and cost estimates to bridge capability gaps, through ISR-related QRC development or system modification and between POR spiral deployment events.
Shall have a minimum of seven years of progressively complex experience in the design, development, integration, or testing of DoD or IC intelligence systems.
Shall have a minimum of three years in an engineering position working on DoD programs/projects.
Shall have a minimum of one year experience working system development with the IC.
