CACI International International Engagements Specialist (TS/SCI) - Aberdeen Proving Grounds in Aberdeen, Maryland

Job Description:

Be a part of the Army’s leader as a liaison to various U.S. Army research and development engineering commands and other DOD and national agencies in support of foreign partner programs. From the Army’s emerging research and development technology, this position will provide international support for the Warfighter every day, everywhere.

Under general supervision, this position will prepare materials and documents required for assessing the exchange of information with foreign governments, foreign nationals, and international organizations to assure compliance with requirements in the National Disclosure Policy (NDP) and other relevant policies, statutes, and instructions. It will also provide subject matter expertise with the development/renewal/modification and tracking of US Army data/information exchange agreements and designated disclosure authorization letters.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible include coordination, processing, and monitoring of Foreign Visits for I2WD/RDECOM Counter-IED Task Force entities participating in foreign exchanges and collaboration on Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland or abroad, ensuring requests to visit are processed through proper channels and, as appropriate, in accordance with exchange agreements, DOD, and US Army regulations. TS/SCI security clearance must be current.

Required Qualifications:

Basic understanding of Technical Intelligence Information. Must have the ability to conduct policy research on US classified systems. Must be familiar with US Army Regulations concerning Foreign Exchange Visits/Foreign Disclosure and DoD Regulations concerning National Disclosure Policy, Foreign Disclosure, and Information Security.

Desired Qualifications:

Previous experience as an Intelligence/Security Analyst or FDO.
